INSIDE = toward the ball 🏈OUTSIDE = toward the sideline
How to use this trainer
Short and steady wins — a few minutes at a time beats one long session. Pick a mode up top:
🎯 Guided
Takes you through it step by step. It sets the tab, the routes, and which side to line up on, then moves to the next step once you've got it — no settings to fuss with. Your place is saved, so you can pick up where you left off.

You choose everything yourself — great for drilling one thing. Three controls:
Tab — Learn shows a route drawing itself and says its name (watch and say it out loud); Name It draws a route and he picks its name; Find It names a route and he taps it on the field.
Routes — Starter · 4 keeps it to four routes while he's learning; All · 8 uses the full set.
Line up — which side he starts on: Right, Left, or Mix (flips every rep). Mix is the real test — he has to read where the ball is and break inside (toward the ball) or outside (toward the sideline), instead of memorizing a picture.
Then take it to the yard
The screen builds recognition; running builds the reflex. You play QB, call a route, he runs it and calls the name back. Once he's solid, call the alternate names (Fly, Dig, Flag) to level him up.
